Turning AWS from "it just kind of works" into a designed foundation

IAM, Multi-AZ, WAF, backups, vulnerability response — from design and build through operational runbooks and recovery drills, we build the full picture of a foundation that doesn't stop.

PROBLEMS

Does any of this sound familiar?

  • You're running on AWS but no one knows the reasoning behind the setup
  • Security groups have grown too complex for anyone to fully grasp
  • A vulnerability scan came back but the priority and procedure for fixing it are unclear
  • You take backups but have never actually tested restoring from one

APPROACH

Our approach

We start by visualizing your current AWS setup as an architecture diagram. Then we organize IAM permissions, security groups, WAF and backup policy according to design principles, so it's clear "what's configured, and why." Recovery runbooks specify RTO / RPO explicitly, and regular backup-restore drills are part of the design.

What we leave behind as deliverables

  • AWS architecture diagram (current / improved)
  • IAM, security-group and WAF design document
  • Recovery runbook (with RTO / RPO specified)
  • Vulnerability-response log and patch policy

What we verify

  • Regular vulnerability scans (monthly / quarterly)
  • Backup-restore drills
  • Security header and TLS/SSL inspection

— Next step

Start with a conversation.

Even if you're not sure where to start, we begin with a hearing.
Sorting out "what's actually the problem right now" is always the first step.

  • 01 Even "just diagnose our current AWS setup" is a fine place to start — reach out.
